Slàinte Mhath

The traditional Scottish toast, "Slàinte Mhath," is pronounced "Slanj-a-va" and means "good health." It is a phrase used in both Scots Gaelic and Irish Gaelic. We begin this edition with a toast we learned during our visit to Scotland. It just feels good to say!

We're thrilled to continue this tradition, started in 2020. Welcome to the second edition of Whiskey Christmas!

When we introduced our first edition, we hoped it would bring a bit of joy and comfort during a time that needed something positive. 2024, particularly the latter part, feels like it could also use a boost.
